Functional Movement
We focus our training around compound (multi-joint) movements.  This includes, but is not limited to olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, kettlebell training, jumping, running, and rowing.

By performing these movements at high intensity, you’ll not only improve your strength and stamina, but you’ll gain the benefits of a cardiovascular workout.  It’s our goal to help you perform them safely, quickly, and efficiently.

Our program is for the elite competitor looking to get to the next level as well as the novice wanting to get into shape.  The CrossFit regimen that we employ is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

We joined CrossFit to prepare my daughter for the rigors of the Air Force Academy/ROTC fitness tests. We tried standard gyms but they didn’t have the personal attention and focus on strength we were looking for. After 9 months my daughter is much stronger, can master a pull-up and ready for her fitness exam. This would not have been possible without CrossFit Posted. I now enjoy lifting weights and my doctor recently said she wished more 50+ women would join CrossFit to help keep bones and muscles strong through aging. Thanks Posted for making me a better athlete. As a hockey player, strength and endurance are critical. Since starting at Posted, just over a year ago, I have become stronger, faster and an overall better player. Also, I love the environment in the gym; it is the perfect combination of training, support, competition with a touch of social mixed in.


I was a competitive runner dating back to high school, but after suffering a stress fracture I wasn’t able to return to a consistent training plan. After trying to battle back for several years, I needed to find a new outlet to channel my love for fitness. I heard friends talk about the benefits of CrossFit so I figured I would give it a try. Since stepping into Posted nearly two years ago, I have had a life changing experience. Being a smaller guy, getting stronger has always been a challenge for me and Posted has been the solution. In the last year I’ve gained nearly 15 pounds of muscle and have seen drastic gains and PRs in several movements. I’ve never had as much fun working out and love the camaraderie, varied workouts, friendly competition, and most of all, the results – I’m in the best shape of my life!


I came to CrossFit Posted shortly after finishing gymnastics as a way to stay fit and active, without the monotony of going to a regular gym. I also started in the hopes of filling a void that’s bound to occur following 18 years in the sport. After about eight months, the coaches introduced me to competitions, which allowed for a virtually seamless transition from gymnastics to CrossFit. The competitions have given me a chance to set new goals and a way to prove myself outside the gym within the larger CrossFit community.

The coaches at Posted are interested in your individual goals and will work to satisfy them no matter your level of fitness. They are frequently coming up with new ways to add variety to the gym with things like new equipment, classes, or programs. In addition to the coaches, the members at Posted create an environment that makes working out enjoyable. It doesn’t matter if you are setting a PR at 50# or 300#, making your first pull-up or muscle-up, the encouragement and praise you receive is incredible. Whether you are striving to be a Games competitor or to kick up into your first handstand, Posted will get you there, and you will enjoy every workout along the way.


Joining the CrossFit Posted family has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I feel better physically, than I have in a long time. The coaches create an atmosphere that’s conducive to our everyday improvement. They care about our health above anything else.
