Posted Strength is a pure strength program designed to get you stronger. Whether your goal is to increase your squat, dead lift or press, this program will help. If you’ve hit plateaus or just want to build strength, try the program!

How Posted Strength works:

  • Commit to a 4 week minimum program
  • Not meant to be mixed with CrossFit classes during a 4-week cycle*
  • 3 days a week (*with 1 optional CrossFit class per week)
  • Begin at the start of any week
  • Warm up with the regular CrossFit class
  • Track and review progress with coaches
  • No additional fee for members
