Barbell club is devoted to Olympic weightlifting (snatch and clean & jerk), powerlifting (back squat, bench press and deadlift) and accessory training to achieve the best overall results in these lifts. This is NOT Open Gym. At this time, barbell club is self-directed and only available for adult members.
