CrossFit Posted Teens

Similar to our CrossFit Kids program, our Teens Program is designed to get teenage kids moving safely and effectively.  The program can also be a great supplement for teens involved in other sports. Classes are led by our certified CrossFit Kids trainers. The program generally includes teens ages 12 to 16 years old.
